Morning Raaga

In the rarest of the rare events I got up early today...... After a heavy summer rain, the weather was just pleasant. The cuckoo's competing against each other for the highest volume and melody, squirels squeaking, the mynha's, the lone green barret's chirping... was a treat to the ears... Came out to enjoy the lovely sunshine passing through the trees and making the rain drops on the leaves and on the grills to shine like a diamond.... wow just as perfect day as would be mentioned in the fairy tales and poems.... Later, Suprabhatha by MS Subbalaxmi being played in one of neighbour's house, the chimes of the bell in the temple across the street , the fragrance of the incense sticks making the ambience spiritual... was feeling so relaxed... The aftereffects of such a great morning continued the whole day. The day was just fine work wise, and there was tranquility in mind .... Wish I get up early daily to experience the serenity.
